Wanted: Property Manager for Condo in Makati

Currently we're looking for a part time Property Manager for a condo in Makati. In few months there will be more Condos that

need management, and the position may change in a Full Time job.

This work is flexible. Working hours depend on arrival time of the guests.

Main tasks:

- Coordinate Short Term rentals

- Ensure occupancy rate

- Manage properness Condo

- Welcome guests
 

Remuneration

The Property Mgr will be paid upon commission, based on the number of

nights the Condo is rented. Marketing support to rent out the unit is provided.

Requirements:

1. Live in Makati

2. Able to work at home, own a  pc + internet access and have skills

in Word + Excel.

3. Experience in one of the following:

- Administrative work

- Marketing

- Hotel management / hospitality

- Real Estate

4. Person needs to be flexible, and available during the day and evening.

5. Available for at least 1 year.
